Friendly, clean, personal service if needed, well stocked. Just a nice place to be. Actually get to know the names of most of the staff and they get to know yours.
Expensive. The only place around and they take full advantage of their older neighbors because of the location. Be prepared to be ignored at the deli counter and then receive your order wrong. Also, the owner may follow you around to make sure you are not shop lifting. Ive been going there for 10 years and he still follows me. Others have said the same. And the young cashiers are usually on their phone and not polite. Only use if in a bind.
Have been shopping here for over 10 years, great service! It's more of a personal experience compared to larger grocery stores. Cashiers and managers actually remember your face and know you on a first name basis. Food wise, they have great sales and are wiling to bring in products if requested. Their deli department has great deserts...personal favorite would be their seasonal donuts :). Its very convenient for me because its so close to home!
